Rates
Rates are based on double occupancy and subject to change without notice.
Deposit
A deposit of one-half of the total stay is taken at the time of reservation. A one night stay is charged in full.
Cancellation
If a reservation cancellation is received 15 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival, we will offer a transferable gift certificate, in the amount of your deposit (less a $25 processing fee), to a future stay within six months of the cancellation date. If a cancellation notice is within 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to re-book the suite, in which case your deposit will be returned (less a $25 processing fee).
Check-in
Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm unless other arrangements have been made.
Check-out
Check-out time is before 11:00 am.
Children
As much as we love them (we raised four), Brookhill Bed and Breakfast specializes in romantic getaways for adults. Children 16 years and older are welcome.
Pets
To insure the comfort of our allergic guests,we cannot accommodate pets but will be happy to help you make arrangements to board them locally.

We accept VISA & MasterCard.
Non-Smoking
Brookhill Bed and Breakfast is totally smoke-free.
Weekend and Holiday Minimum Stays
Most weekends and all holidays require a minimum 2-night stay.
